Man ask court to dissolve marriage over wife who sleeps with guys on Facebook

An Ekiti based businessman, Muyiwa Owolabi, on Tuesday urged an Ado Ekiti Customary Court to dissolve his 10-year-old marriage to wife, Tinuola Owolabi over claims that she sleeps with men shemeets on social media.

Muyiwa told the court that his wife and mother of his two children uses the social media platforms to connect with many men who are now her lovers.

While appearing in court, the complainant presented to the court printouts of his wife’s conversation and pictures with different men, also attached were proofs showing his wife exchanging messages and
pictures of their private parts.

He further added that when he caught her, he identified one of her lovers as Benson Onyechere, his junior at Christ’s School, Ado Ekiti. He said
Onyechere usually calls her on phone but when he caught her, she replaced Onyechere’s name with a female name, ‘Bola.’

Muyiwa stressed that some of hisvwife’s lovers; one
Taiwo Oyetunji and Alaba Sunday Samson whom she met on social media do come to the house.

Tinuola on her part also prayed the court to dissolve the marriage as she was no longer interested in the union.
